We have a confession to make: we cut the tops off of our all our hand made freshly baked cakes to level them out - but all these cake cut offs go straight into the compost unless they end up in someones bellies! These cake cut offs could be in YOUR belly!

Our 1 litre containers are filled with the excess cake cut offs and filled with delicious Swiss meringue or dairy free frosting plus extra fruity, crunchy and citrusy textures and fillings. Flavours are constantly rotating too!

Serves 2-4 people and can be stored in the freezer for a rainy day when you just need some cake.
